Personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts each get their own private session on your Mac, so nothing bleeds between them. Switch with a click or ⌘1–9, and it’s instant because every inbox stays loaded.
Notifications in seconds
Real macOS notifications for new mail in any account, even the ones you’re not looking at. No Gmail settings to flip. Click one and zinbox opens that account.
One badge that means something
Unread counts per account in the sidebar, and a single total on the dock. Choose which accounts count toward it, so a 20,000-message personal inbox doesn’t drown out work.
Your Gmail, untouched
No redesign and nothing to relearn. Labels, filters, keyboard shortcuts, attachments and Meet calls all work as they do in Gmail. Links open in your default browser, and zinbox can handle mailto: links.
